Eligibility Requirements

  • Products must have begun shipping between January 1, 2016, and August 28, 2017.
  • Previous winning products are not eligible to enter.

Entry Details
All entries must be received through the online submission form. Hard copy applications are not accepted.

To submit your entry you will need:

  • Product name
  • Category selection
  • 1,000-word or less description of the product's features, benefits, and advantages for application in the church market. This description will be the basis for judging your product, so please be thorough and concise.
  • High resolution company logo
    *NO SMALLER than 271 pixels wide x 123 pixels tall
  • High resolution product image for print
    *NO SMALLER than 1200 pixels wide x 900 pixels tall
    **Image should be horizontally oriented if possible.
  • High resolution product image for web
    *NO SMALLER than 280 pixels wide x 200 pixels tall
    **Image should be horizontally oriented if possible.
  • OPTIONAL: Additional Images for Web
    *NO SMALLER than 500 pixels wide x 400 pixels tall
    **Optimum image size is 790 pixels wide x 450 pixels tall
    ***Image should be horizontally oriented if possible.
  • Product specification sheet
  • 50-word short product description to be used in the print and online listings
  • Product MSRP
  • Date product began shipping
  • Link to a short video posted to www.youtube.com that summarizes or displays your entry (OPTIONAL)

There is a lot that goes into each submission and not much time to enter,
so we've made this year's program even easier

Winners Announced

Winners will be announced and celebrated in the November/December issue of Worship Facilities magazine and on WorshipFacilities.com.


A qualified panel of judges (Worship Facilities magazine editors and distinguished members of the WFX Advisory Board and WFX management) who are recognized for their expertise in the industry will judge each entry on its individual qualities. Entrants must be available for telephone or web-conference interviews with judges during this process, if requested. Please note that judges will not have an opportunity to physically handle your product. Winners are selected not only on the basis of the product's attributes, design, and functionality but also on its impact and benefits to the church market. With this in mind, please be very specific about the product's benefits to the church market. A Best Overall award will be presented to one audio product, lighting product, media and communication product, video product, building material product and building system product. All decisions are final and management reserves the right not to give an award in a category.
